Overview: Richard has been heavily involved with Coach Education and Development within the UCI for over a decade and is Course Tutor on the International Sport Directors programme. In this talk Rich will give an insight into the programme itself (usually only available to existing Sport Directors working for UCI WorldTeams, UCI ProTeams or UCI Women’s WorldTeams) and some of the challenges he has encountered while delivering it.
