Strength & Conditioning for CX & XC: how to get fitter, faster and stronger for your best-ever season.

Join Phil Gough from Winchester’s MV / Fit for a special talk aimed at Cyclo-cross and MTB riders. Phil will be giving you practical advice, drills and sessions to help you prepare for your best-ever CX season.

So many of us spend time on the bike getting into shape for the unique demands of cyclo-cross, while ignoring the gains that we can all make off the bike. Strength and conditioning expert Phil will show you just how a small amount of time each week can lead to major improvements on the race circuit.

While targeted at the demands of CX and off-road riding, this session will be full of useful information for all kids of riders, and for those just wishing to improve their every day fitness.
