Speaker: Dr Chris Whittle

Overview: Chris has over 15 years’ experience studying the mechanics behind sport and exercise movements and has completed his PhD looking at how cyclists move while on the bike. In this talk, Chris will introduce the idea of movement variability and look to challenge whether the idea of a consistent pedalling technique is actually helpful.
